Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and be in the original packaging.

Simply fill in the Returns request form below. We will then get in touch with you to discuss the next steps.

We cannot guarantee a refund if you return items without first contacting us and we are not liable for postage costs incurred and refund of the item.

To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase, to be sent via email.

If your item is to be returned to us, our returns address is PO BOX TBC, please keep a copy of proof of postage incase we do not receive the returned item, as we cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.

We hope you love your candle(s), but in the unlikely event that you want to return it, contact us within 14 days of you receiving your item to discuss the next steps.

Please allow 14 working days from the date your order is returned for your refund to be processed.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used to place your order.

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. However, if you change your mind after receiving your order, you may return it and place a new order for the right item. Please note, the original product must be unused in order to get a refund.

In addition to the rights described above (and in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015), if the goods you receive are damaged or faulty, or not what you originally ordered please notify us as soon as possible via our email address TBC.

Please provide the order number and ensure that you keep the box, packing materials including packing note and all items received for our review.

Your cancellation rights are in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, however your right to return goods does not apply to goods:
